Report a weakness
If you find a security problem in Predict & Maintain, tell us and we will work with you to put it right.
How to report it
Email security@predictandmaintain.com with what you found, how to see it again and what it could let someone do. We reply within two working days.
What we ask
- Look only at your own account and data, and stop as soon as you see someone else’s.
- Do not change or delete anything, and do not slow the service down for others.
- Give us a fair chance to fix it before you tell anyone else.
What we do
We confirm what you found, fix it, tell you when it is fixed and, if you want, thank you by name.
