Data processing agreement

- For the data your organisation puts in, you decide and we process it for you, only on your instructions.
- We tell you 30 days before adding or changing a sub-processor, so you can object.
- We tell you without delay if your data is ever involved in a breach.
The parties
The organisation using the service is the controller; Predict & Maintain is the processor.
What we process
The data your people put into the workspace: sites, equipment, jobs, forms, photos and the people named in them.
Instructions
We process your data only to provide the service and as you instruct, including through the settings you choose.

Security
The measures on the security page, kept up to date.
Breaches
We tell you without undue delay, with what we know and what we are doing.
At the end
You take what you want out; we delete the rest.
