Accessibility statement

A draft, being finalised with our solicitor. The version in force will carry its date here.

In short

  • We build to WCAG 2.2 level AA, for the app, the phone app and this website.
  • Every page is checked automatically before it goes live; people test it with screen readers too.
  • Found a problem? Tell us and we fix it or offer another way.

The standard

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, level AA.

Known issues

Some charts are hard to read with a screen reader; each one has the same numbers in a table. Floor plans need a mouse or touch to move around.

How to report a problem

Use Talk to us at the bottom of any page and say which page and what happened. We reply within two working days.
