Two roles
For data your organisation puts into the product, your organisation decides what is held and why, and we process it on its behalf. For visitors to this website and people who contact us, we decide.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, role), what you put into the product (sites, equipment, jobs, forms, photos), messages you send us, and basic technical records needed to keep the service secure.
Why we use it
To provide the service, to keep it secure, to answer you, and to send the service messages you need. We send marketing only if you have asked for it.
AI and your data
Athena uses AI models under terms that forbid training on your data. She sees only your organisation’s data, within the permissions of the person using her.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers we need to run the service, such as hosting, email and payments, under contract. [A list of these suppliers will be published.]
