How assets, sites, vessels and networks count
You pay for the people. Each paid person who plans brings 2,000 assets, each who does the work 250; most teams never go over.
A vessel is a site. A road or railway counts one asset per started kilometre plus each structure on it. A charger, a mast or a lighting column is an asset. Above the allowance, assets are added in blocks of 1,000 and nothing is ever blocked.

Terms in plain words
- Monthly plans cancel any time and stop at the end of the month. (from Q1 2027)
- Add people at once; take them off at renewal. A month costs the most people you had in it. (from Q1 2027)
- Anyone who never signed in during a month is credited back on the next invoice, automatically. (from Q1 2027)
- Your price does not rise for 12 months from your first payment (24 for the first 100 paying customers), then at most once a year with 60 days’ notice. (from Q1 2027)
- No set-up fee, no fee to leave, no fee for exports, the API, single sign-on, your history or support.
- Stop paying and nothing is deleted: locked areas become read-only and exports always work. (from Q1 2027)

Common questions
What if a technician sometimes approves things?
A role that can approve, plan or assign is a Full seat. Giving a few people an Approver role is cheaper than making every technician Full; the role editor shows the cost before you save.
Do contractors need a seat?
No. Contractors, clients, occupiers, auditors and requesters are free, with no limit.
How do you count a ship, a road network or a fleet?
A vessel is a site. A road or railway counts one asset per started kilometre plus each structure on it. Each person who plans brings 2,000 assets.
Can a contractor run all its customers’ jobs on Free?
Free covers your own premises and 25 customer addresses with work in the last 12 months.
What happens if we stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Locked areas become read-only, exports always work and live safety sessions finish.
Is there a minimum?
No minimum on Free, Team or Pro. Enterprise starts at £2,000 a month, billed yearly.
Do you charge VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT. VAT or sales tax is added where it applies.
What do credits cost me in a normal month?
Most months nothing beyond what your plan includes: Free includes 50 credits a month, Team 100 for each person who plans and 25 for each who does the work.
Can I try a paid feature first?
Yes. Any locked feature can be switched on for 14 days, once, with no card. (From Q1 2027.)
